My New Favorite Serum
For the last two weeks, I’ve been trying out the Ordinary’s Alpha Arbutin serum to treat hyper pigmentation. I’m hooked. This is like sunshine in a bottle, as it helps with toning, brightening, and fading. This serum has eased any red patches on the skin and given it a more even look. It’s even targeted the dark spots and acne scars by lightening the skin and scars. I had been hunting for a serum that checked all the boxes while still being affordable; this product was the Goldilocks serum!

I typically use this serum at night: I’ll apply an even layer on my face, let it absorb, and then follow with a moisturizer. In the morning, I’ll add a dot to any dark spots, covering it with spf.
Tips:
- I’ve found the serum needs about 3 minutes to fully dry, then you can put on your moisturizer.
- I use about 3 drops of the Alpha Arbutin serum, as you only need a light coating over your skin.
I hope you’ll try out this serum for yourself, so here is the link to purchase one! https://socialitebeauty.ca/products/the-ordinary-alpha-arbutin
