Vintage Style Inspiration

Lately, I’ve been drawn to all things vintage and a little old-school; I just love how simple and feminine the fashion was, and it’s fun to channel that style into our everyday. An easy way to imitate vintage style is incorporating billowy blouses and silk scarfs into outfits, like in the pictures shown above.

I recently discovered Gray Malin, an amazing photographer who captures vintage and retro style on camera so beautifully. Any of his snapshots would make the perfect bedroom poster!

I also look to Hollywood actresses like Grace Kelly or Aubrey Hepburn to find classic, timeless style inspiration. Both icons had such a sophisticated, effortless fashion sense that influences clothes today; from one of her most beloved movies, Aubrey Hepburn originated the little black dress, which is still a closet staple.
